Some Publications for Young Writers to Submit to...

Art by Jeffrey Gibson (IG: @jeffrune)

Getting published is hard, especially for young writers, and here at EX/POST, we want to make resources like where to publish and how to do so more accessible than ever for students. To kick off the effort, then, here are a few great new mags and zines for youth that we're proud to call friends.

Disclaimer: this list is by no means exhaustive, and we hope to keep adding to it in the future. There are too many good publications out there to list, and we are so sorry if we left a friend out—let us know and we'll fix it!

icelollyreview.com is also a place where teenager's works are published. There is no age limit, submission fee, or work count. Previously published works are also welcome. They look for unique, colorful, and flavorful pieces that aren't shy. The sole purpose of the website is to provide a platform for teenagers and a spotlight on works that "molds to your teeth and sticks to your fingers."
